Thank you for your interest in the upcoming men's construction trip to Puerto Cabezas Nicaragua. We look forward to embarking on a life changing experience where we will have the opportunity to work at the Casa Bernabé orphanage. Casa Bernabé is currently home to 150 children and Cherry Hills has been involved with this ministry for seven years.
This year we will be constructing a brand new dorm for the older boys at the orphanage. There are currently 40 boys, ages 13-18, that live in an extremely run down and dilapidated dorm. As funds begin to come in, the local workers will begin to tear down the current dorm and when our team arrives we plan to work on the ceiling, drywall and flooring.
Construction skills are not required! Throughout the week we will have activities with the kids, visit the local feeding center, and spend time touring around the town. Please join us as we share the love of Christ with the children of Casa Bernabé.
