-Individuals 75% funded by 9/3/25 (6 weeks prior)
-Individuals 100% funded by 9/17/25 (4 weeks prior)
-When booking airfare, ensure that flight arrival into El Paso is no later than 2p on 10/15/25 and departure is no earlier than 12p on 10/18/25. Please contact team leader if you have questions.

-Minor traveling with One or No Parents forms due 9/17/25 (4 weeks prior)
